CRO agency in India

Make more of the traffic you already have.

Traffic is not the problem for most businesses. Conversion is. We find out exactly where visitors are dropping off, and why.

Overview

What is a CRO audit?

Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) is the practice of finding and removing the friction that stops visitors from taking action: enquiring, signing up or buying. A CRO audit is a structured review of your funnel, analytics, page experience and checkout that identifies where and why people drop off.

Our audits combine analytics review, heuristic UX evaluation, mobile and speed checks and, where data allows, session and heatmap evidence. The output is a prioritised list of fixes and test ideas ranked by expected impact and effort.

Across India

Conversion work grounded in your own data

Most sites lose buyers to a handful of avoidable problems: slow mobile pages, unclear offers, missing delivery or returns information, and checkouts that ask for too much. We find those problems in your own analytics and recordings, then fix the ones that matter most. We work with stores and businesses across India, remotely.

We don't promise percentage lifts before seeing your data. A good CRO engagement starts with measurement, because many apparent conversion problems turn out to be tracking problems. Then it moves to clear hypotheses and, where traffic allows, controlled tests.

01

Mobile checkout first

For most Indian stores, mobile is where the money is lost: payment options, COD rules, OTP steps and form fields are reviewed on real phones.

02

Trust and delivery clarity

Delivery estimates, return policies and payment security made visible where hesitation happens, not hidden in the footer.

03

Measurement you can rely on

GA4 events, funnel definitions and data quality checked before any recommendations, so decisions rest on numbers that are right.

04

Tests sized to your traffic

A/B tests where you have the traffic to reach a result. Where you don't, we use prioritised fixes and before-and-after measurement instead.

Where we work

One team, five markets

We work with clients in India, the UAE, the UK, Australia and Singapore. Every project runs remotely with the same team; we don't have local offices.

Scope, decisions and progress are written down, with video calls, a shared project board and regular demos. Tell us your time zone, invoicing currency and contract requirements in your brief, and we confirm them in the written scope before work starts.

Summaries of the rules we design for, checked 17 October 2026. They are not legal advice.

  • India

The DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 phase in from November 2025. Most duties for businesses, including notices, security safeguards, breach reporting and user rights, apply from May 2027.

  • United Arab Emirates

The federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) has applied since 2 January 2022, and the DIFC has its own Data Protection Law. Arabic and right-to-left layouts are planned from the start when your audience needs them.

  • United Kingdom

UK GDPR covers personal data, and the ICO's storage and access guidance, finalised on 29 April 2026, sets the rules for cookies and analytics. We use WCAG 2.2 AA as the accessibility benchmark.

  • Australia

The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply. From 10 December 2026, privacy policies must also describe significant decisions that software makes or substantially informs (APP 1.7 to 1.9).

  • Singapore

The Personal Data Protection Act 2012 sets consent, purpose and protection obligations for collecting and using personal data.

Problems we solve

Where thingsusually break.

Sound familiar?

  • Traffic looks healthy, but conversion rate has stalled or declined.
  • There is no clear reason why visitors leave without converting.
  • Recent redesigns or feature launches have not moved the numbers.
  • The team needs an external, objective read on what is actually holding conversions back.

What we do about it

  • Full-funnel audit of your website or store, from landing page to conversion.
  • Heuristic and usability review against conversion best practices.
  • Analysis of key pages: homepage, product or service pages, pricing, checkout or contact forms.
  • A prioritized action plan ranked by expected impact and effort.

Honest boundaries

Not the rightfit if…

Better to say so now than halfway through a project. Here's when to choose a different first step.

01

Very little traffic

With few visitors, the first job is getting traffic. An audit can still fix obvious friction, but A/B tests won't reach reliable results.

02

A guaranteed percentage uplift

We don't promise conversion numbers before seeing your data. A figure quoted before anyone has looked at your funnel is a guess.

03

No way to change the site

An audit is only useful if someone can act on it. If the site can't be changed for months, schedule the audit closer to when it can.
